Why won't my video link import?
Check the link format and platform, and that the post is public.

Contentlab imports these links:
- TikTok — video and photo posts, including short share links
- Instagram — posts and reels
- YouTube — videos and Shorts
If a link doesn't work
- Make sure the post is public and still online.
- Use the post's own link — profile links belong in Import → Whole channel.
- Remove extra text around the link when pasting several at once.
If a public post still won't import, contact support with the link.
