Do I have to follow TikTok's and Instagram's rules?

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms have their own rules — for example on automation, running several accounts, and labeling AI-generated or sponsored content.
You're responsible for following them when you publish content, assign videos to accounts or connect a phone farm. Contentlab isn't affiliated with these platforms and can't guarantee reach or that an account won't be restricted.
Tip: Label AI-generated content where the platform asks for it, and vary your videos — the factory already avoids repeating the same shots.
